Odyssey Re Names Robert Giammarco CFO

Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. (NYSE:ORH) announced yesterday that Robert Giammarco has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 31, 2005. Mr. Giammarco joins the Company from Banc of America Securities where he served as Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group, focusing on the insurance sector. Since joining in 1999, Mr. Giammarco was responsible for managing a variety of the firm's key insurance relationships.
