The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division has posted temporary rule amendments regarding its preferred worker program.The amendments are designed to clarify time frame for requesting incentives under the program.To be eligible for premium exemption and claim cost reimbursement, the employer must notify its insurer that it has hired a preferred worker within 90 days from the date of hire.
