Uber and Lyft Notch Another Legislative Victory

Though both companies have yet to turn a profit, Uber and Lyft have exerted tremendous influence on state laws around the U.S. The companies' most recent victory writing regulations for "transportation network companies" into state law came in Florida, where Gov.
