The South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission announced Monday that it will require the use of a revised Form 14B on Jan. 1.
The form is used to clarify whether future medical treatment will be required.
The commission said it prefers that parties begin using the updated Form 14B immediately, but it will continue to accept the old version of the form until Jan. 1 as long as it has been completed by a physician before that date.
