The New York State Workers' Compensation Board confirmed Wednesday that it is planning a "minor" revision of its fee schedule, effective April 1, but noted that details of the changes will not be available until the middle of May.
The adjustments are "minor in nature and do not include an across-the-board increase in fees," according to Jon Sullivan, a spokesman for the board. "Some years the changes are significant. I would say this year there are not significant changes."
