Pinnacol to Decrease Rates 3.2% in 2017

Pinnacol Assurance will decrease its workers' compensation rates by 3.2% next year, the Colorado carrier announced this month. It will also issue a dividend of about $50 million to policyholders, up from $30 million last year.  Pinnacol's net worth was $935 million last year, according to its 2015 annual report.  The carrier will set the exact amount of its 2017 dividend in February and distribute the money in April. ...
