WCAB Rescinds Elite Surgery Lien Decision

More than a year after retired Judge Susan England issued her original decision in the Elite Surgery Centers' consolidated lien case, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board has reassigned the case to a new judge after concluding that England's ruling was inconsistent and did not apply relevant case law.
