A federal judge dismissed Michael D. Drobot and his son as defendants in a civil case filed by State Compensation Insurance Fund, pursuant to a settlement reported last month. U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford on Monday dismissed Drobot, the former owner of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, and his son, Michael R. Drobot.
