North Dakota Revises Chiropractic UR Form

North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance, the state’s provider and administrator of the workers’ compensation system, has updated its form for requesting utilization review of chiropractic services. Providers should start using the revised form immediately, WSI said in a news release this month.
