After five years in the federal court system, a lawsuit charging the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center with antitrust violations toward a workers' compensation administrative services company appears to have run its course. The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals found this month that the plaintiff, Premier Comp Solutions, had not added a party to the suit by the lower court's deadline.
