DWC Revises Corporate Exemption Form

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted a revised version of its form allowing corporate officers to exempt themselves from coverage requirements.The exemption covers officers of corporations both within and outside of the construction industry but requires corporate officers of  construction companies to provide proof of ownership in either a Florida-registered corporation or a limited liability company (LLC).Construction executives must own at least 10% of the corporation or LLC.The revised form is here.Source: DWCbody {background: #FFF;}body {background: #FFF...
