Labor Dept. Adopts PEO Rules

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry will deny applications from professional employer organizations that fail to meet statutory timelines to submit documents when seeking a new license, under rules adopted on March 31.The rules also require the department to notify client companies when it denies a renewal application.
