DIR Schedules Second Hearing on Proposed Changes to Lump-Sum Annuity Table

Nevada’s Division of Industrial Relations scheduled a second hearing on proposed rules to adjust the annuity table used to calculate the present-day value of lump-sum permanent disability payments. The division on Thursday published notices of two workshops to solicit comments on proposed regulations that will run concurrently on Dec. 1.
