The National Prescription Drug Abuse Summit will feature talks on the use of prescription-monitoring databases, medical marijuana and urine drug testing.
The summit, scheduled April 6-9 in Atlanta, will offer a discussion on urine drug monitoring within the scope of workers' compensation, according to a Monday press release. Michael Gavin, president of the medical cost-containment firm, Prium, will participate in a panel discussion on the second day of the summit.
