A former postal worker was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for workers' compensation and disability benefits fraud and ordered to pay $138,997 in restitution, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California announced.Robert Daniel Castillo, 50, claimed that he injured his lower back in October 1998 while working for the U.S. Postal Service.
