Inmate Can Sue Prison Officials for Allegedly Ignoring Injury

The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last week ruled that a federal inmate who broke his back while doing his prison work assignment could sue the prison officials who were allegedly indifferent to his condition.
