A Ballston Spa, N.Y., drywall installer who said he hurt his arm lifting sheets of gypsum plasterboard has been charged with felony workers' compensation fraud.The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) said Michael Waldron, 28, was arrested March 6 and accused of working as a carpenter and painter while collecting benefits.Waldron said he injured his upper arm on Nov. 15, 2007.
