A federal grand jury has indicted 10 men from Texas and Arizona for their roles in an alleged $100 million drug-compounding scheme perpetrated against Tricare, the health insurance program for members of the military and their families.
Nine of the men were arrested last week and a 10th defendant surrendered to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas.
