Judge Finds Worker Had Compensable CT Injury

The Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals ruled that a judge does not need to make a specific finding that a worker’s cumulative trauma was caused "directly and independently of all other causes” for the worker to have a compensable cumulative trauma injury.
