Facts: Donald Docking worked for Lapp Insulators LLC as a truck driver. In July 2017, Docking was at work outside a stockroom loading a cart with boxes when he apparently fell.
Docking’s coworkers found him on the floor outside the stockroom, bleeding from a laceration on his head.
After Docking regained consciousness, he had no memory of what happened.
