A New York appellate court upheld an award of benefits to a worker for his injuries from an unwitnessed and unexplained fall at work. Case: Matter of Docking v. Lapp Insulators LLC, No. 528988, 01/09/2020, published. Facts: Donald Docking worked for Lapp Insulators LLC as a truck driver. In July 2017, Docking was at work outside a stockroom loading a cart with boxes when he apparently fell.
