California employers with 250 or more workers will have to submit injury reports electronically for calendar year 2017.
The Division of Occupational Safety and Health, also known as Cal/OSHA, announced that the Office of Administrative Law approved emergency rules promulgated in October relating to the electronic reporting requirement.
