Everest Re Sells 4.4 Million Shares

Everest Re Group, Ltd. (NYSE: RE) yesterday announced that it had sold common shares. The number of common shares sold has been updated to 4,480,135 shares. The sole underwriter for the transaction is Goldman, Sachs & Co., which will be re-offering shares to investors.
