Investigators from the San Bernardino County, CA, District
Attorney's Office arrested a Fontana man suspected of Grand Theft and Workers'
Compensation insurance fraud. In 2001, Jose Martin Rodriguez, 33, was working for
a Truss company in Fontana when he alleged an injury to his shoulder. After a short
time, he returned to modified work and alleged a second injury to his back. Rodriguez
was placed off work on total temporary disability while he sought medical treatment
