Amendments Proposed for Formulary, Surplus Fund Charge

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing Aug. 14 to consider amendments to the rules on the outpatient medication formulary and the surplus fund charge of qualified motor vehicle accident claims. The BWC proposes to revise the formulary appendix to Rule 4123-6-21.3 by amending coverage to the opioid drug class and drug products listed in the formulary.
