Electronic Hearing Notice Bill Heads to Governor

A bill that would allow the Industrial Accident Board to send hearing notices and decisions by email instead of certified mail has been passed by the state legislature. House Bill 408 was passed by the House on a 37-0 vote on June 14. That was followed by a 20-0 vote of approval in the Senate on Thursday. The bill now heads to Gov. John Carney.
