The New York Workers' Compensation Board has permanently removed two doctors who were charged with theft and fraud, as well as an anesthesiologist who failed to provide adequate treatment to patients.
Dr. Thomas Marc Morgan, a chiropractor, was charged last fall with stealing more than $95,000 in insurance checks that were sent to a clinic where he worked in Gloversville, New York. The board announced in September that it had suspended Morgan and has now posted notice that he has been removed from the list of authorized providers.
