Two brothers who owned chiropractic clinics in Toledo and elsewhere in northwest Ohio have made a plea deal with federal prosecutors who accuse them of a $4.8 million scheme against federal and private insurance companies.
The Toledo Blade reported that chiropractor Paul M. Neumann, 46, and his brother, Timothy D. Neumann, 44, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to one count each of conspiracy to commit health-care fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
