WV WCC Files 5 Injunctions On Default Accounts

The West Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission recently filed injunctions against four state employers and one out-of-state employer whose accounts with the Commission are in default. Injunction was filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following: - Smathers Construction, Inc., and Fern D.
