Appropriations Committee Schedules Hearing on Apportionment, Presumption Expansion

The California Assembly Appropriations Committee will hold a hearing today to discuss potential costs associated with bills that would prohibit apportioning permanent disability to conditions related to pregnancy and extend to school district police officers the presumptions enjoyed by other public safety workers.
