A Louisiana appellate court overturned an award of benefits to a truck driver for his injuries from an out-of-state accident, due to a lack of jurisdiction over the claim. Case: Verret v. Tyson Foods, No. 17-1068, 04/18/2018, published. Facts: Frank Verret worked as a long-haul truck driver for Tyson Foods.
