Arraignment was postponed until March 9 for a Southern California doctor arrested on Thursday on three counts of second-degree murder for the overdose death of her patients.Hsiu-Tyin “Lisa” Tseng, 42, did not enter a plea at her first court date on Thursday, according to a report by KTLA in Los Angeles.
