The Georgia Senate Health and Human Services Committee on Wednesday passed a proposed crackdown on "pill mills."The committee voted to send House Bill 972, entitled the "Georgia Pain Management Clinic Act," to the full Senate for a vote sometime next week.The Georgia General Assembly is expected to adjourn the 2012 session next Thursday.HB 972, sponsored by Rep.
