The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has adopted amendments to its rules on designated doctors, to take effect Sept. 1.In announcing the adoption on Friday, the division said that "the primary purpose of these adopted new and amended rules is to implement the statutory changes made in House Bill 2605 that affect designated doctor scheduling, certification and qualifications."
