WCA Implementing New Lump Sum Payment Form

Practitioners in New Mexico starting April 1 will no longer have to select among three different forms to request authorization of lump sum payments. The Workers’ Compensation Administration said it has consolidated the three types of lump sum payments into a single petition.  Currently, the WCA has a separate form to request approval of lump sum payments for return-to-work, debt and claim settlement.
