Bay Oaks Opens Brokerage for WC Self-Insureds in Newtown

The Bay Oaks Group, a small Melville, New York, insurance broker specializing in self-insurance programs, announced July 16 that it is opening a wholesale brokerage division in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Vincent Capaldi will serve as president of the new division, while Deborah A. Moller will be vice president. Bay Oaks said Capaldi and Moller will help retail insurance brokers develop and maintain self-insurance workers’ compensation programs nationally in both the public and private sectors.
