A divided West Virginia Supreme Court reinstated a decision by the Office of Judges that found a truck driver had no permanent impairment from carpal tunnel syndrome. Case: Maxum Petroleum Operating Co. v. Waugh, No. 16-0741, 07/06/2017, published. Facts: Cline Waugh worked as a truck driver for the Maxum Petroleum Operating Co. until being disabled by a knee injury in July 2008.
