The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is seeking input on its development of a return-to-work audit plan for health care providers.
The audit would take a closer look at health care providers identified as poor performers in an assessment last year under the Performance-Based Oversight program, DWC said on Monday. The audit plan, now in a draft form, describes the scope, methodology, selection criteria and program-area responsibilities for the review.
