IBA West to Lobby Wash. Lawmakers Feb. 1

Washington state insurance brokers hope to present a united front during an annaul lobbying day with state lawmakers on Feb. 1. The Pacific Northwest chapter of IBA West said the property and casualty industry's "All Industry Day" at the state Capital in Olympia will give brokers and agents an opportunity to learn about key legislative and regulatory issues that impact their businesses. The group also hopes to strengthen the insurance industry's influence in Olympia. IBA West has applied for four continuing education credits for the event.
