OSHA Cites 3 Companies in Flash Fire that Killed 2 Workers

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued citations totaling $119,840 to three companies following investigation of a combustible dust flash fire which killed two workers at a Hockley, Texas work site.
