The Ohio Supreme Court upheld a finding that a worker deemed unfit for vocational rehabilitation had voluntarily abandoned the workforce by failing to look for work. Case: State ex rel. Bonnlander v. Hamon, No. 2019-1386, 08/04/2020, published. Facts: Timothy Bonnlander suffered severe injuries in a car accident in October 1992. He received temporary total disability compensation until he was able to return to work in 1994.
