Facts: Timothy Bonnlander suffered severe injuries in a car accident in October 1992. He received temporary total disability compensation until he was able to return to work in 1994.
Bonnlander worked as a laborer and construction worker from through 2000, then he was employed by the U.S. Postal Service until 2009. He has not worked since.
