Four family members failed to carry workers’ compensation insurance for the immigrant laborers they forced to work for their adult residential and child care company, according to California’s attorney general.
Xavier Becerra on Friday announced the arrest of Joshua Gamos, 42; Noel Gamos, 40; Gerlen Gamos, 38; and Carlina Gamos, 67. Becerra said the Gamos family, which operated Rainbow Bright in San Mateo County, face a total of 59 counts, including human trafficking and rape.
