For the first time in history, Republicans hold majorities in both the Kentucky House and Senate, and are wasting no time in this year’s short legislative session to target workers’ compensation reforms.
“Obviously, we have a new majority here in Frankfort. We’re looking at some legislation to lower the costs of workers’ compensation. We want to make Kentucky more business friendly and the manufacturing center of America,” said Rep. Adam Koenig, R-Erlanger.
