The New York Workers’ Compensation Board is advertising for a vendor to establish its prescription drug formulary, but the board appears to have narrowly tailored its program description to fit only one of the two commercial plans available.
The criteria eliminates the Work Loss Data Institute’s Official Disability Guidelines and favors the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine formulary, which is published by the Reed Group.
