The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have used hospital billing data averaged across four regions of the state to cap reimbursements for outpatient hospital fees.DWC announced the decision in the Oct. 1 edition of Florida Administrative Weekly.
