A panel created to review New York’s business climate recommends further tweaks to the workers’ compensation system, even after massive reforms were made in 2007 and 2013.
The Business Regulation Council, a statewide committee impaneled eight weeks ago by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and legislative leaders, met its June 3 deadline to recommend short- and long-term measures to make New York more business friendly.
