The Industrial Commission of Arizona revised its Notice of Claim Status form a second time to account for a recent state Supreme Court decision.
Last year, the high court in Bell v. Industrial Commission determined that an injured worker must have proof of seven consecutive days of some type of disability before collecting benefits. Those days need not be work days, and the right to compensation is not based on time away from work, the court said.
