DWC Posts Reminder for 2019 Annual Report of Inventory

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation reminds claims administrators that report of claim counts for calendar year 2019 is due April 1. Claims administrators are required to file an annual report of inventory indicating the number of claims at each adjusting location for the preceding calendar year. Even if no claims were reported in the prior year, the report must be completed and submitted to the division’s DWC Audit Unit.
