Employer Must Indemnify Contractor for $108 Million Paid to Settle Suits

A unanimous Nebraska Supreme Court ruled that an employer was not shielded from an obligation to indemnify a contractor for the $108.9 million the contractor had paid to settle lawsuits after a fatal explosion.
