The Minnesota Division of Workers' Compensation is considering an overhaul of its rules governing vocational rehabilitation and is taking comments from the public, according to a notice published in Monday's State Register.
The division said it is considering amendments to Minnesota Rules 5220.0100 to 5220.1900 and amendments to practice rules 5220.2510 to 5220.2870 regarding penalties for failure to timely provide rehabilitation services or pay for the services.
