State to Consider Expanding Use of Treatment Guidelines

Roughly one year after adopting treatment guidelines for the first time, the Arizona Industrial Commission is considering expanding the use of the evidence-based medical standards.  Until last year, Arizona imposed no treatment mandates on doctors who saw injured workers, other than typical clinical and ethical standards.
